The undersigned agrees that all sales shall be subject to the following terms:

• All amounts owing shall be due when stated according to term on invoice.
• Upon default of payment, all amounts owing shall immediately become due and payable without further notice or demand, and such accelerated percent (1.75%) per month until paid in full together with costs, attorney’s and collector’s fees where applicable.
• Payments shall be credited first to accrued interest if any, and then to the oldest items of the principal debtness.
• All sales shall be deemed conclusively made pursuant to the Agreement. This agreement may not be amended, altered, or varied except in writing signed by our company.
• There will be an additional fee of $35 for each returned check.

In consideration of the sale, each undersigned GUARANTOR, jointly and severally if more than one, unconditionally guarantees payment of all Customer obligations to arise under the above Credit Agreement. Extension of time or indulgences shall not discharge this period permitted under law, or until the elapse of thirty (30) days following receipt via registered mail of Guarantor’s notice of revocation, providing that all amounts owing by Customer on the effective date of such notice shall remain subject to this Guaranty
